CCPC to provide financial literacy funding stream for ALL Collaboration and Innovation Fund 2025

The Adult Literacy for Life (ALL) Strategy is a whole-of-society strategy that aims to equip all adults with the literacy skills they need to engage in society and realise their potential. This includes financial literacy, and in 2025, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) will be providing a funding stream for financial literacy activities.
ALL is led by the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, and administered by a dedicated office within SOLAS. As part of ALL, a Collaboration and Innovation Fund (CIF) was established to allow not-for-profit organisations apply for funding for projects and activities to support adults improve their literacy, numeracy and digital literacy.
In 2024, 103 innovative projects and partnerships were approved for funding. The 2025 application process was open from December 2024 to January 2025, with the 2025 award winners due to be announced later on this year by ALL. The 2025 winners will include projects and activities focused on financial literacy as part of Ireland’s Financial Literacy Strategy. The CCPC is providing funding for the financial literacy stream from the CCPC’s industry levy.
