Global Money Week 2025 to take place in March

Global Money Week is a worldwide awareness-raising campaign on the importance of ensuring that young people, from an early age, are financially aware. During the annual initiative, children and young people have the opportunity to learn the necessary money management skills to make sound future financial decisions, and ultimately achieve financial well-being and resilience. Ireland has been involved in Global Money Week since 2014.
This year, Global Money Week will take place between 17-23 March 2025, and will be coordinated by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) .
During the week, a number of events will be taking place to promote financial literacy and stakeholders are encouraged to host events that raise the importance of financial literacy.
